Connect

Includes multiple conversations about your business, your goals, timeline and preferences. If there is a fit we sign an NDA, collect some financial information and begin to discuss pricing.

LETTER OF INTENT

Once we come to an agreement on high level terms, structure and pricing we execute a non-binding Letter of Intent (LOI) and move to the due diligence process.

DUE DILIGENCE

We next perform a deep dive into everything about your business, from historical financial performance to the management team, customer contracts, growth opportunities and risks.

CLOSE

Once we have come to an agreement on the finer points of the contract with our lawyers and accountants, we work together to build a transition plan, sign the legal docs and celebrate!
